Get the best possible quality to your screens and avoid blurring, artifacts, and stretching by following these guidelines when uploading clips to Create24.

Use the original video source

The fewer times a video is re-encoded, the better the video quality will be. We encourage you to upload your videos as close to the original source format as possible, with a minimum of intermediate steps, which can degrade the quality of your video.

Video resolution: 1080p

1080p high-definition videos are the ideal format. That’s 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall. (Poster dimensions are 1080 pixels wide by 1920 pixels tall.)

Aspect ratio: 16:9

Your video will be re-encoded at an aspect ratio of 16:9 (widescreen). If your video is not 16:9, it will be letterboxed. Black bars will be added to either the sides, or top and bottom, to preserve the original aspect ratio of the video.

Frame rate: 30 fps

Your uploaded video will be converted to 30 frames per second. If you are creating the clips from scratch, please choose 30 fps.

Supported formats: .mpg, .mp4, .mov, .flv, .avi, and .wmv
