The messages and music used to build an on hold playlist are organized into three types of libraries:

  • Message libraries — Thousands of message clips sorted by topic
  • Favorites — Clips you have bookmarked for future use
  • Music Library — Background music for your playlists

The libraries are listed on the left side of the Playlist Builder. You can browse by topic or use the search option at the top left.

General message library

Hundreds of messages about a variety of topics, such as humor, holidays, trivia, and history. New releases are added each month.

Your company’s custom library

Messages created specifically for your company.

Industry-specific library

These are currently available for our customers in the following industries: auto, banking, credit union, dental, insurance, medical, and veterinary.

Record24

If you record messages with our Record24 system, you will find them here.

Favorites

In the Playlist Builder, you can save a clip to your Favorites library by clicking the pink heart next to the title.
