Whether you’re starting from scratch or have a script ready to go, our AI Message Creator can generate your script and breathe life into it with a variety of AI voices.
Create your script
From your On Hold Dashboard, click the AI Message Creator button on the left.
If you need your message in Spanish or French, select your desired language from the dropdown menu.
If you already have a script, paste it into the text box. Otherwise, type your information into the text box.
Click the Click to Generate button to create your AI-generated message.
If you want a different version, click Try Again, or edit the message directly.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to read your script closely, as it is not proofread by our team.
Request a human voice talent
If your contract includes content requests and you want your message recorded by one of our human voice talents, copy and paste your script into a text document to save it, then paste it into a new content request.
Create an AI-generated recording
Click Pick a Voice to browse through AI voice options.
Click on a name, then press the Preview button to hear your message.
Adjust the speed of the message if desired using the dropdown menu on the left.
Save your message
Click Upload to your library to bring up the description screen.
Enter a title, select your Custom Message Library name from the dropdown menu, and click Upload.
In a moment, your new message will be available in your playlist builder!
